Party Packs

Collect, set up, enjoy and relax

Whether you are a member or not, living in Bayside or not, you can also hire our Kids Party Pack for a small fee, and turn your backyard into a play centre complete with large toys and pint-sized tables and chairs.

Great for birthday parties, play groups or any large gathering.

Note that this information is subject to change and it’s best to contact us for most current details.

Borrowing process:

Complete a the online request form at the end of this page. The library will receive an email with your request and will confirm availability shortly afterwards. Please note, this does NOT mean you have booked the items. The library will need to confirm availability of your chosen pack first. 

If your chosen items are available, you will receive confirmation within 2-5 days.
Loan period is 1 week.
Return of Party Pack is Wednesday evening 7.00pm to 7.30pm
Pick up of Party Pack is Wednesday evening 7.30pm to 8.00pm.

Other return / pick up times are strictly by prior arrangement to ensure items are available for the collection by the next borrower.

Everything must be returned thoroughly clean and dry. Otherwise, the library reserves the right to retain the bond.

Can I please just say how absolutely incredible Sarah from the Bayside Toy Library is? We LOVE the BTL! Our children get sooooooo much joy out of playing with the marvelous educational toys but when it was time for us to organise our children's first birthday party, Sarah went above and beyond to help us!
